GENERAL MANAGER
With more than three decades of experience in community service and management, Amanda brings passion, leadership, and expertise to Ramble by Hillwood. As General Manager, Amanda oversees the daily operations of the HOA with a focus on enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering a strong sense of community.
She began her career with Denton Parks and Recreation, dedicating 20 years of service where she developed a strong foundation in community programming, facilities management, and public service.
Throughout her career with FirstService Residential, Amanda has focused on building strong, vibrant communities and delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders.
Jenny Laible
LIFESTYLE MANAGER
Jenny is a nationally award-winning Lifestyle Manager with more than 20 years of experience in partnership development, relationship building, marketing, event planning, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for creating innovative programs, cultivating meaningful partnerships, and delivering exceptional experiences that strengthen communities and bring people together.
As Lifestyle Manager for Ramble by Hillwood, Jenny leads the vision, development, and execution of the community’s lifestyle program, creating memorable experiences that foster connection, celebrate local culture, and enrich everyday life. Jenny enjoys integrating local arts, businesses, music, philanthropy, and hometown traditions into community life.
With a heart for service, Jenny is passionate about giving back through volunteering, supporting charitable organizations and is a proud advocate for military members and veterans, always seeking ways to honor their service and make a positive impact in the community.

Amy Massingill
DIRECTOR OF WELLNESS IN NATURE
Amy is our Director of Wellness in Nature. She is passionate about connecting people to nature through education, immersive experiences, and environmental stewardship.
Amy is a Texas Master Naturalist and spent the past fourteen years as the Outdoor Education Director for a YMCA camp in North Texas. With a heart for community engagement, her programs encourage curiosity, inspire respect for nature, and empower individuals to be good stewards of the land. Amy is certain that meaningful experiences in nature are foundational to human health and sustainable communities. You will often hear her say “time spent with nature is never wasted.”
Lilly Adams
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LEAD
Lilly Adams serves as Ramble’s Customer Experience Lead, bringing a passion for connection, hospitality, and thoughtful community building. A graduate of the University of North Texas, she recently returned from studying abroad in France, where she developed a love for café culture, an influence she now weaves into the everyday experience at Ramble.
As a lifelong Texan, Lilly is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships between neighbors and creating spaces where community naturally thrives. She is inspired by the Texas motto, “The Friendship State,” and is committed to ensuring Ramble reflects that spirit in every interaction. With her enthusiasm for bringing people together, Lilly plays an integral role in shaping the vibrant and welcoming culture of the Ramble community.
