CITY OF CELINA

Ramble is located the City of Celina one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.  Ramble is 2.5 miles north of Celina’s historic downtown square. Celina city limits is 78 square miles with a population of 64,726 in 2026.

Homeowners Association

The HOA manages community-wide services, including common area maintenance, maintenance of the Ramble Trailway linear park, amenity operations, lifestyle programming, onsite staffing, and enforcement of HOA guidelines. These efforts ensure the community is maintained in accordance with established regulations and budgets.

Semi-annual HOA dues support the community’s operational and maintenance needs, funding all maintenance and administrative expenses as well as the on-site staff that oversee the daily association operations. The HOA’s services help protect community standards while providing residents with convenience and peace of mind.

Special District

Ramble is located within Celina Municipal Management District No. 2 (the “MMD”) of Collin County. The MMD is a political subdivision created by House Bill 4268, 85th Session of the Texas Legislature, Regular Session established to improve specific areas by funding projects and services that go beyond what the local municipality provides alone. The MMD operates under the supervision of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Its main functions are to construct water, sewage, drainage, roads, and infrastructure located in rights of way.
